It’s almost December, a month that is full of festivities for many. But it can also be a very rough month. Also this year a lot has happened already, and to stay aware about the way we handle festivities and traditions that come with it this year’s Moving Traditions will be about uncovering traditions.
Through a panel discussion, we will be discussing traditions and why there is so much violence against wanting to move traditions. Dino Suhonic (Stichting Maruf), prof. dr. Sarah Bracke (UvA) and dr. Francio Guadeloupe (UvA) will be there to talk reflect on past events.
